Weeks from 1944 to 1970.  This section includes extensive history of WWII Pacific Campaign, the Korean Conflict, Peaceful Years, Viet Nam, and finally her sinking in 1970.  Included is a brief description of Captain Robert A. Theobald, final resting place at the Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland.  The other sections contains information on Naval Commendations, and statistics along with pictures of this Sumner-Class destroyer.
